In Premiere, open Liora from the Extensions menu and dock it by the program monitor.

Liora is two pieces
This panel is the surface inside Premiere. The free Liora Companion is the menu-bar app that links it to Claude Code or Codex on your Mac. Install them in either order — they find each other automatically, with nothing to configure.
